Everyone needs a Bucket list. Don't they? (Updated 2021)

I didn't think I had a Bucket list until I started typing. It's a bit longer than I thought!
(and it's growing) -

A ride around...
  • First there was Goodwood - tick
  • Then Portsea Island - tick
  • I've even ridden round the two harbours that surround Portsmouth - tick again
  • There is something quite satisfying about riding around something - But there's a bigger goal in my sights - time to have a go at riding round (or is it up and down) the Isle of Wight. - Now ticked off too - Ride for Phelan
  • Of course there is the British Isles too - but that feels a little too big for me right now.

From and to...
  • Southampton to Portsmouth - coastal and over the hill - tick.
  • Southampton to Bournemouth was one fun day out - needs to be repeated
  • Southampton to Salisbury - How about spicing it up and getting there for sunrise - Tick
  • London to Brighton - everyone needs that one under their belt - another tick
  • How about London to Paris? Maybe Southampton to Paris
Home Counties...
  • England - Ride London Surrey 100 - tick
  • Scotland - Etape Loch Ness - tick
  • Wales - Dragon Ride
  • Ireland - ...there must be one somewhere

Coast to Coast...
  • Well there's the Devon one - Illfracombe to Plymouth (102 miles) - tick :)
  • The C2C - Whiteheaven to Tynemouth (140 miles) - another tick :)
  • Ha! There's actually 6 Coast to Coasts. So much choice!
  • The John Muir Way - Helensborough to North Bewick (134 miles)
  • John O'Groats to Lands End.... maybe one day?
Self propelled camping...
  • New forest loop - pedal power - Starting local great idea
  • How about the Isle of Wight - Slow time with a tent - Go on then...
  • Ireland? What better way to see the place then from a saddle
  • Hmmm back to that round the island idea.... What about photographing every Lighthouse on the coast of Britain?
